  • “As a higher education professional, I want to provide my students with opportunities to enhance their student experiences while simultaneously meeting their career readiness needs. In meeting that goal, I approached Dr. Emmanuela with my plans to create an event focused on personal branding and networking. From the initial planning stages to the completion of the event, Dr. Emmanuela displayed a level of professionalism and expertise commensurate with her academic credentials and professional experience. When the opportunity arises, I will gladly work with Dr. Emmanuela again.”

-Dr. Dax Boatwright , Florida Atlantic University

  • "Emmanuela’s depth of insight into graduate students was essential to our panel on pivoting with students post-COVID. Her comments on academic trauma challenged our audience to consider the histories students bring with them when they walk into our offices and how we can adjust our approaches to promote their success."

Dr. Ashley Kuntz, National Association of Fellowships Advisors

  • "In planning the first ever Graduate Career Conference at the University of Connecticut’s School of Business, we knew we needed a keynote speaker who was engaging, thoughtful, inclusive, and relevant – and Dr. Stanislaus immediately came to mind. Her keynote was not only tailored perfectly to our event, but also challenged students in the perfect way to think beyond themselves and approach community in and open way. Our event was a success – in part due to Dr. Stanislaus kicking things off with grace, authenticity, and engaging words. I hope we can bring her back very soon!"

Ana Clara Blesso, UConn School of Business

  • "I can’t sing Emmanuela’s praises enough. Over the summer, she stepped in to develop programming for us when our team was maxed out of capacity and helped us create and deliver a thoughtful and impactful program to serve women in their leadership journeys. I’m always impressed by Emmanuela’s ability to drive a project home while providing flexibility for a change in plans. I feel so grateful to have gotten to work with her on our programs, and I would not have found success in my role without her."
