Dr. Emmanuela offers coaching to women of color graduate students. She is passionate about helping women who feel stuck or want to create a strategic plan to complete their programs and pursue the careers they desire. She loves helping women of color make meaningful improvements to move past feelings of being stuck. She takes women of color graduate students from overwhelmed, isolated, and scared to clear, supported, and confident.

Dr. Emmanuela’s approachable coaching style makes women feel like they are meeting with a girlfriend for coffee. If her approach sounds like your style, then she’s your coach. Researcher.

Dr. Emmanuela’s research centers on Black women, first-generation college students, Afro-Caribbean populations, diversity and equity, and college student success. She can be commissioned to conduct independent qualitative research to help organizations understand their student body, employee recruitment and retention efforts, and customer experiences to make informed decisions.
